This course is completed through the accredited unit BSBSMB401 Establish legal and risk management requirements of small business. It provides knowledge on aspects associated with small business, including business structures, regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance through procedures, legal responsibilities, taxation principles and requirements, legal and business documents, protecting your legal rights, correcting non-compliance, seek legal advice, contracts, insurance requirement and leasing and owning property.
This is a nationally recognised and accredited unit of competency, and can be used toward the qualification CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building).
