Dave has a total of 33 years’ experience in the building industry, having started when he was 14 as a builder’s labourer before starting and completing his carpentry apprenticeship. He is a current licence holder of the General Builder licence in South Australia and Builder – Open licence in Queensland. His building qualifications include: Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery, Certificate IV in Building, Diploma of Building, Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Building) and the Advanced Diploma of Building.
He also has over 19 years’ experience in business, having owned and operated two national franchise retail businesses, an industrial take-away business, a building and construction business, and of course PCD Training. He also has current knowledge and experience in running entities such as companies, discretionary trusts, unit trusts and Self Managed Super Funds. His business qualifications include: Certificate IV in Small Business Management, Diploma of Business, Diploma of Business Administration and Diploma of Management.
Jeff has over 16 years’ experience in the building industry, including being a supervisor on multi-storey buildings, and is the holder of a Queensland Builder – Low Rise building licence. His building qualifications include the Certificate IV in Building, Diploma of Project Management and the Diploma of Building.
He also has over 12 years’ experience running a building and construction business.
